And how does measure your head circumference? Nothing complicated, rest assured. All you'll need is a tape measure and a head. Place the tape measure around your head, passing through the middle of your forehead and 1cm above your ears.

To enhance concussion protection, Thousand has equipped its helmets with state-of-the-art MIPS technology. Its principle is simple: mimic and play the role of the cerebrospinal fluid in which our brains float. In other words, during an impact, the MIPS system will absorb the energy of the impact by sliding the skull along the skullcap. The rotational forces are thus better dissipated and the brain will not slam against the skull box thus being better protected against oblique impacts.
