Delivery times vary according to our different transporters:
- Mondial Relay: between 3 and 5 days
- Colissimo Point Relais: between 2 and 3 days

Chronopost (home and point relais): next day delivery for all orders placed before 12:00 (Monday to Friday / not valid for orders placed on weekends or public holidays).*
Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next day.
Delivery costs in France
Delivery by Mondial Relay :
- 4,90€ for orders under 99€.
- Free for all orders over 99€.
- For any order under 19€, delivery is increased by 1€.

How do I track my package?
A confirmation email is sent to you when your order is shipped. It contains a tracking link that will allow you to follow the progress of your package.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically on your order's shopping cart page, based on your country and the weight of your order
Attention, non-EU countries (Switzerland / United Kingdom): customs fees may apply to your order. These are your responsibility upon collection of the package.
