How does delivery work at JE SUIS À VÉLO?
Delivery times vary according to our different transporters:
- Mondial Relay: between 3 and 5 days
- Colissimo Point Relais: between 2 and 3 days

Chronopost (home and point relais): next day delivery for all orders placed before 12:00 (Monday to Friday / not valid for orders placed on weekends or public holidays).*
Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next day.

Delivery by Mondial Relay :
- 4,90€ for orders under 99€.
- Free for all orders over 99€.
- For any order under 19€, delivery is increased by 1€.

How do I track my package?
A confirmation email is sent to you when your order is shipped. It contains a tracking link that will allow you to follow the progress of your package.

Our stock and shipments leave from our warehouse in Niort. We are in daily contact there to make sure your orders arrive safely 🙂

9,90€ whatever the amount of the order
For any order under 19€, delivery is increased by 1€.
What are the delivery times?
Depending on your location, your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 days for orders placed using the classic delivery method.
