I want to exchange or return my product
What to do?
If your order does not suit you, we can exchange it or refund you, without any reason, within 30 days of your purchase. Fill out this form or write to us at bonjour@jesuisavelo.com, we will provide you with a return form to send us the product. We will exchange or refund your order upon receipt of your return.
For your return or exchange to be accepted, you must send your product back in its original packaging, without any trace of wear and tear and indicate your order number (or receipt number for purchases in store). With these elements, we promise to take care of you immediately!
I did not receive my package. What should I do?
Ouch, ouch... Take a breath and don't panic! First, the best thing to do is to write directly to the carrier. He will be the most likely to help you locate your package. If ever this one is not found, write to us at bonjour@jesuisavelo.com, we will do what is necessary to help you.

The exchanges
Did you get the wrong size? Don't worry, the first exchange is free! Fill out our return form by clicking here.
Exchanges are guaranteed up to thirty (30) days after receipt of your order. For a product to be exchanged, it must be in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn and unwashed.
The return procedure takes up to fourteen (14) days.
In case of a second exchange, the shipping costs of the package are at your charge.
The shipping costs for packages outside of France are at the customer's expense.
Reimbursements
You changed your mind and don't want your product anymore? Unlike exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Fill out our return form by clicking here, we will then invite you to create and pay your return slip.

Unclaimed packages
The date of withdrawal in relay point is exceeded and your package is being returned to us? We assure the blow.
As soon as we receive it, we will send you a credit note so that you can place another order on our site. The credit is the amount of your order minus the shipping costs and is valid for 30 days.
