Spy universal rear-view mirror - Zéfal

Why use a mirror?

In the city, there are still unfortunately not bike lanes separated from other vehicles everywhere! When you're in the middle of traffic, it's good to be able to anticipate overtaking vehicles coming at you from the left. Especially when this one is not really legal and there is not the necessary lateral distance... A rear-view mirror allows you to anticipate this overtaking (the indicator attracts the eye in the rear-view mirror) and to move to the right.

A rear-view mirror can of course allow you to be warned of a cyclist arriving at a higher speed than yours, and therefore to let him pass with courtesy.

Beware! The presence of a mirror does not exempt you from a second check by turning your head either: as on cars, every mirror has blind spots.
