How long will shipping take?
All orders placed before 12:00, will be delivered in 4 to 5 days to your home.
- Guaranteed delivery for your orders placed before 20/12 at 12:00 in standard delivery
- Guaranteed delivery for your orders placed before 22/12 at 12:00 in express delivery
Which carrier will be responsible for my delivery?
The customers' orders are delivered by LaPoste (Colissimo).
Can I track my package?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It will contain a tracking link to follow your parcel's progress.
My order doesn't fit/isn't quite right! Can I exchange or return it?
You can exchange or return your order for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a free return slip to send the item back. We will begin processing your exchange/refund once we have received your return. Just be sure to return your order in its original condition and packaging.
I have not received my package. What can I do?
Oh no... Don't panic! The best place to start is contacting the carrier. They will be in the best position to locate your package. If they cannot find it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do what we can to help you.
What does the JE SUIS À VÉLO delivery process actually look like?
Our inventory and shipping are managed by our logistics provider, Stock A/Z. All orders start their journey at their warehouse in Chauray. We are in constant contact with them every day to ensure every order reaches its destination! They really know their stuff 🙂

How much does shipping cost outside France?
The shipping charge for deliveries outside France is €7,90 for parcel delivered by Colissimo in 4 to 5 days (in all countries eligible for delivery).
What are the typical delivery times?
