History of the brand

Kryptonite is an American brand. It is credited with inventing the U-shaped anti-theft system! It was tested for the first time in 1972 in New York, when the brand attached a bicycle to a road sign in Greewnwich Village. While the removable parts were quickly dismantled by the thieves, the body of the bike remained intact for 30 days and 30 nights.
